Get Back Studio and Live Albums

Here are a just a few tracks from each album for your listening pleasure. Feel free to crank up the volume!

Walk Right Back (2017)

Get Back's fifth album is pure rock 'n' roll!

For their fifth CD album, the band has chosen to pay tribute to the glory years of rock 'n' roll. Songs by Elvis, Cliff Richard and the Everly Brothers are included as is a new brand new version of 'Sea Of Love'.

Once again the boys decamped to Blue Barn studios in Little Downham to record the tracks, this time entrusting studio owner Chris Taylor to 'twiddle the knobs' while tracking the album. Geoff then took the controls to mix and master the CD which was launched at a special gig at Cambridge United Supporters Club with BBC's Steve Line on compare duties.

Released in July 2017 'Walk Right Back' is, without doubt, the band's best album to date.

Saturday Night In The Dog House - Live (2011)

Recorded Live At Woodgreen

For their third CD album release the band went completely live with a gig recording made at the Gillham Gold Live event at Woodgreen Animal Shelter on August 14th 2010.

“Saturday Night In The Dog House” features some of the most popular songs from the bands live set recorded on the night, nothing added and nothing taken away!  Recording a live album proved to be a bigger task than it first appeared. Long term friend of the band Graham Brown arranged strings for two tracks and the strings were recorded at Witchford Baptist Chapel.

A number of female voices were also added on "Things" and local theatre star Lisa Bushell added backing vocals on "You're Sixteen".

Don't Tell Me You've Heard It (2007)

The Band's First CD Album

Nearly five hundred copies of "Don't Tell Me, You've Heard It!" have been sold since its launch at a Cambridge Motel, Foxton gig in April 2007. The album took 18 months to record, mainly because the band were struggling to find the time to do it! None the less it showed just what the boys could do in the studio and the album won many friends.

"Don't tell me, you've heard it" was recorded at Geoff's studio - Dreamland although, due to lack of space , the drums were laid down during the Christmas break in Geoff's front room! The album featured 11 tracks, mainly from the fifties and sixties but also some more modern songs from the bands original repertoire which have long since been deleted from the bands current live set.

Track list - 1. Do you wanna dance - 2. Out of time - 3. Yes I will - 4. I should have known better - 5. Let it be me - 6. Dance the night away - 7. You can't do that - 8. Girl from yesturday - 9. Oh, pretty woman - 10. Wonderful tonight - 11. Little Queenie
